Responsibilities

1. Responsible for collecting project information, design conditions and requirements, and compiling and optimizing design plan (professional part)

2. Participate in the compilation of design and construction schemes for bidding projects; be responsible for the professional design management of projects; organize and coordinate the design review and participate in technical questions answering.

3. Decomposition and formulation of professional design plans, and be responsible for follow-up and Implementation

4. Be responsible for the overall grasp of professional design schemes, review the design results at all stages, put forward review opinions, monitor design modification, and implement the final outcome document.

5. Cooperate with the cost estimation in each stage

6. Responsible for the pre-sale technical support of the project, providing related information such as drawings and text descriptions for submission for examination, and cooperating with the solutions of professional

Qualifications

1. Master degree or above, building environment, HVAC, need to understand the intelligent heating, multi-functional complementary operation mode and logical relationship.

2. Building HVAC installation experience is preferred

3. More than 5 years working experience, more than 3 years construction management experience, familiar with ventilation and air conditioning and related design specifications; preferred relationship between Design Institute and real estate development enterprise

4. Proficiency in office software, AutoCAD and other office software, basic network knowledge; Master the pricing software of Canton Lianda is preferred.

5. Strong negotiation, public relations, communication, planning and execution skills

6. Strong Language Expressive Ability and Certain English Reading and Writing Ability

7. Familiar with the design, construction and acceptance standards and procedures, understand the HVAC national standards and professional technology

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with provincial and municipal budget and final quotas, valuation tables and charging standards, familiar with the full set of construction drawings;

2. Keep abreast of the changes of national and local policy price adjustment documents and building materials prices at any time.

3. Participate in the compilation of tender documents and base bids for contract-issuing projects, and examine and evaluate the tender prices of bidding units;

4. Examine the project budget submitted by the construction unit, examine the amount of project submitted by the construction unit monthly, and submit the project progress payment plan for that month;

5. Cooperate with annual, quarterly and monthly payment plans submitted by construction units and report to relevant leaders;

6. Review the progress payment of the project and put forward audit opinions;

7. Review the cost savings of rationalization proposals;

Qualifications

1. Education: Full-time enrollment of bachelor's degree or above.

2. Major: Engineering cost, HVAC, electromechanical and other related majors.

3. Experience: More than five years of engineering cost working experience, including at least three years of HVAC cost working experience; Intermediate title or above, holding the licensed cost engineer qualification is preferred;

4. Familiar with air conditioning, ventilation, water supply and drainage, gas, fire protection, outdoor pipe network and other construction techniques; good at communication, strong principle, dedication and responsibility, with a good team spirit

2. Strong ability of organization and coordination, planning and execution, interpersonal communication and language expression, rigorous and steady style, strong professionalism and pioneering consciousness, and able to withstand strong work pressure;

3. Holding HVAC or electrical operation certificate is preferred.

4. Experience in contract energy management and green building renovation is preferred.

5. Priority is given to holders of certificates of first and second class builders.
