The dynamic balance of the cooling, heating and power loads and flexible interaction of energy utilization are achieved by building an intelligent energy management system and erecting a distributed energy station with reasonable use of wind energy, solar energy, natural gas, geo-thermal energy and other renewable energies and clean energies. On the user side, the energy management system is used to allow the user to avoid consumption peaks, and to use first the local renewable energy or large-power-system off-peak power. The energy storing system with sufficiency capacity and responding speed of the system is used. It is capable of storing power and storing heat (cold), so as to realize intelligent management and control of energy, and improve utilization efficiency of energy. Furthermore, accurate adjustment of efficiency of main equipment (such as the chilling unit, boiler, generator, cooling tower, water pump and energy storing equipment) is carried out depending on the specific operation working conditions. The energy management system is able to comprehensively analyze the weather forecast, user demand forecast, energy expense forecast, building operation calendar and the maintenance schedule of equipment and facilities. Based on the analysis, it works out the optimal economical operation strategy of the equipment, system and entire energy station.
