The Structure Energy Efficiency Dashboard (SEED) of Johnson Controls is a kind of flexible and efficient energy consumption statistics and analysis software. Based on the energy consumption data collected by the BA system, it uses multi-perspective analyzing method and intuitive graphics to analyze and present energy efficiency of the building and equipment. This way, the customers will have a clear and objective understanding of the energy consumption of the building and equipment, and work out specific energy conserving strategies and schemes, so as to conserve energy.
SEED energy management system of Johnson Controls has the following advantages:
SEED is used for online intelligent monitoring, management and statistics of actual energy consumption of the building. The tree-type structure is adopted to display the information. The household tree, item tree and household-item tree are shown in all function interfaces all the time. Functions such as real-time acquisition of energy consumption energy, remote transmission, automatic classified statistics, abnormal power consumption alarm, graphic display, report management, data storage and data uploading are integrated to provide data basis for refined management of the building.
The software architecture comprises the following three parts: Windows application, Web application and mobile application. Windows desktop programs and backstage services are adopted for maintenance of data in the database, and for synchronization with ADS/ADX databases. Furthermore, Windows application is responsible for software certification; Web application constitutes the main part of software, and is mainly used for analysis, graphic display and reporting of energy consumption data.
